The Landing

4x4 Door Landing that was expanded to a 6x12 sitting area. New framing, new stairs wrapped in pvc with Fibron decking and Railings.

Gateman Back Deck

Removed old pressure treated lumber and replaced 3 rotted joists. Taped all exposed pressure treated lumber and re decked with pressure treated decking. Reframed Stairs and added all new Bella Premier Railing throughout.
